Lasky & Tonelli at the Plough and Stars, Sunday 9/23

Dorothea Lasky & Chris Tonelli will be reading Sunday, September 23, 7:00 pm (or slightly later) at The Plough & Stars, 912 Mass Ave, Cambridge.


Dorothea Lasky was born in St. Louis, MO in 1978. Her first full-length collection, AWE is recently out from Wave Books. She is the author of three chapbooks: The Hatmaker’s Wife (Braincase Press, 2006), Art (H_NGM_N Press, 2005), and Alphabets and Portraits (Anchorite Press, 2004). Currently, she lives in Philadelphia, where studies education at the University of Pennsylvania and co-edits the Katalanche Press chapbook series.


Chris Tonelli lives in Cambridge, MA where he runs The So and So Series. He has work forthcoming in Cannibal, H_NGM_N, Drunken Boat, and Good Foot, and poems of his will be included in the anthologies The Bedside Guide to No Tell Motel – Second Floor and Outside Voices' The 2008 Anthology of Younger Poets. His chapbook, WIDE TREE: Short Poems, is available from Kitchen Press.
